Our story
It started with a license plate.
Two words, on the back of a car, saying thank you to everyone who served.
For years, our founder’s mother-in-law had THX VETS on her license plate.
It was her way of saying thank you, veterans. Not on a holiday, not at a ceremony, just every day, to everyone who served. The plate didn’t ask anything of anyone. It simply said thanks, to whoever happened to be behind her.
We always liked how plain it was. That plate was a reminder that a thank-you doesn’t have to be big to count. A small, steady one counts too.
Why THX VETS exists
THX VETS takes that same idea and puts it on the things people wear and use every day: a T-shirt, a cap, a coffee mug, a tote bag. That way the thank-you can travel a little further, wherever you go.
And because a thank-you means more when it comes with something real, giving back is built into the plan. Our plan is for the profits from every THX VETS item to go to veterans’ causes. Before the shop opens we’ll name the organizations we support and explain exactly how the giving works.
What THX VETS isn’t
THX VETS is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. military or any veterans’ organization. We don’t use official insignia, seals or branch logos. THX VETS is simply a thank-you, from us and from anyone who wears it.

Pre-launch
The shop is opening soon.
We’re setting up the storefront, finishing the first designs and choosing the veterans’ causes we’ll support. There’s nothing to buy yet, and the shop won’t open until the giving details are published.
