When does the shop open?
Soon. We’re still setting up the print-on-demand storefront and finishing the first designs. We haven’t set a date, and we’d rather not guess. When the shop opens, the Shop links on this site will take you straight there.
What will you sell?
Apparel and everyday goods with THX VETS designs, made to order. The plan includes things like T-shirts, hoodies, caps, mugs and tote bags, but the final lineup is still being decided. You can preview the design concepts in the meantime.
What does “made to order” mean?
Each item is printed after it’s ordered, instead of being made in bulk and stored. It means less unsold stock sitting in a warehouse, and a wider choice of designs and sizes.
Where will the profits go?
Our plan is for the profits from every THX VETS item to go to veterans’ causes. Before the shop opens we’ll name the organizations we support and explain exactly how the giving works. Read the giving plan.
Which veterans’ organizations will you support?
We haven’t chosen them yet. We’ll name them, and explain how the giving is calculated, before the shop opens.
Are you connected to the VA, the military or a veterans’ group?
No. THX VETS is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. military or any veterans’ organization. We don’t use official insignia, seals or branch logos.
Can I suggest a design?
We’d love that. There isn’t a way to reach us just yet, but we’ll add one at launch. Check back here then.
What about sizes, shipping and returns?
Those details will come with the shop itself. We’d rather not publish anything until it’s settled and accurate.
Can I sign up to hear when you launch?
Not yet. This site doesn’t collect any personal information (see our privacy policy). For now, the best way to know is to check back.
